We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit your order history page in the Google Store, select the specific item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.

  Print Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging with all included accessories and drop it off at the designated carrier location listed on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned device, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
